​At the moment you can choose between two packages: 1) Northern Lights Experience in the Middle of Nature and 2) Northern Lights Tour.

1) Northern Lights Experience in the Middle of Nature

Do you want to experience the glow and dance of the northern lights in natural surroundings? With AuroraPoint's northern lights trip, you will meet the winter forest at night as it is: trees covered in snow, pure snow, the starry sky, moonlight, the frost, the tracks of forest dwellers crossing here and there, and without light pollution. Our viewing point is located in a reindeer herding area, so it is possible that you will meet reindeer on our northern lights tour. The northern lights trip is crowned by the magical, memorable and unique glow and dance of the northern lights, which we get to admire when the weather is suitable and we are a little lucky. You get to enjoy it with the light and heat of a campfire and warm refreshments.
Our viewing point for the northern lights is reserved exclusively for AuroraPoint's customers. It is located about 20 km from the centre of Rovaniemi, Finland, on the wooded slope of a large hill. It has open and excellent views of the sky, especially the northern horizon. The transport goes near the site, so you don't have to walk far. 
You are always accompanied by a local guide who takes care of transportation to the viewing point and back (in the Rovaniemi region). We serve campfire-fried sausages and hot drinks (cocoa, coffee, tea and berry juice). Remember to dress warmly.

2) Northern Lights Tour

Alternatively, you can choose the Northern Lights tour which takes you to 1-3 viewing points in the Rovaniemi region. We take care of transportation and you are accompanied by a local guide. You can enjoy the warmth of campfire, hot drinks (coffee, tea and cocoa) and cookies during the trip. Remember to dress warmly.
